    Why can't i make a payment on my account on-line. I can not find an option and have to call in to make payments

    Hey there, Lorrie, and welcome to planDisney! It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation is quickly approaching, so it’s great to see you finalizing your plans! Your planning will be well worth it when you see Cinderella Castle transformed in her 50th Anniversary Celebration garb! 

    Lorrie, if your Disney Vacation Package reservation is properly linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to manage your payments within your account. Once we ensure that your reservation is properly linked, making a payment will be as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo! You can follow the steps below to link your reservation and make a payment through your My Disney Experience online account. 

    My Disney Experience Online Account

    1. Log into your My Disney Experience Account
    2. Hover over the “Resort Hotel” tab
    3. Select “Link a Reservation” and complete the prompts
    4. Select the “My Plans” option to display the details of your trip (since your reservation is now linked you should see the option to “Make a Payment”)
    5. Choose the “Make a Payment” option (if the option doesn’t appear after linking, try logging out of the account and signing back in)
    6. Complete the remaining prompts to apply your payment to your balance

    If you are still unable to make your payment online after following the steps above, I suggest you reach out to a Cast Member for assistance at (407) 939-4357. 

    PG Reminder: Walt Disney World currently requires that Guests have valid Theme Park Tickets and Park Pass reservations to enter the Theme Parks. So be sure to make park reservations for each day you plan to enter the Theme Parks if you have not already!
