    Why can't I make park reservations? I have entered our tickets on the Mydisneyexperience page?? What steps or how do I make park reservations? Do I need to reserve parks ALL 4 days?

    Hey there, Rita. I'm so glad you've stopped by planDisney to talk about park pass reservations because they are an important part of planning a Walt Disney World vacation right now! 

    I'm sorry that you seem to be having some trouble making your selections, Rita. So it seems like you've done the first step which is linking your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to your MyDisneyExperince account. After that, you'll need to visit the park pass reservation website which I've linked for you. You'll sign in to your MyDisneyExperience if prompted, select your travel party, a date on the calendar that you'd like to go and then the theme park you wish to make your selection for. If all goes well, you'll be taken to a confirmation page and then have the ability to make another selection. You'll need to do this for each day that you wish to go to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. 

    If you are still having trouble making your park pass reservations after trying the steps listed above, then it is probably time to reach out to a Cast Member for assistance. I like to use the chat feature found in the MyDisneyExperience mobile app because I find wait times to be much shorter than calling. If you don't have the app downloaded to your smartphone device, I highly encourage it. It is what I use most times for anything Walt Disney World vacation-related, it's very user-friendly. To find the chat feature, you'll open up the app and select the menu bar which is the three horizontal blue lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. After selecting that, you'll scroll down until you see the option to "Chat With Us". This will bring up the chat feature and you can give a short description of the problem you are having. When someone is available to chat with you about your issue, you'll receive a push notification that the chat is about the start. It's great because you don't have to sit on hold all day.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
