why can't I make a park reservation for Tuesday Jan 31? I was able to make one for Monday the 30th and Wed. Feb 1st thanks, Mary

    Hi Mary,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney.  It looks like your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is coming up quickly, so let's get this sorted out so you can start your Magical vacation countdown!

Mary, your answer may depend upon what type of ticket you are using to make theme park reservations.  Let's start troubleshooting and assume you have standard theme park tickets and not an Annual Pass.  My first suggestion is to check in your My Disney Experience account to make sure you have tickets for the correct number of days that you are seeking to make theme park reservations.  Once you have done this, try logging in using a different browser or even using an incognito window to reduce the chance of having a technical difficulty error.  Here is a link for the recommended browsers when visiting disneyworld.com, so you may want to make sure you are using one of these browsers when logging in.  Another suggestion is to log out and then back in again.  Sometimes I can fix many technical glitches just by restarting my computer (or phone) so you may want to try that as well.

I see that you are a Florida resident - lucky you!  So, I'm wondering if you are making theme park reservations with a Pixie Dust Pass?  Currently, Guests with a Pixie Dust Pass and who are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel can have up to 3 theme park reservations on a rolling basis.   If this situation applies to you, then check to see how many theme park reservations you have already.  If you already have 3 theme park reservations, then you will have to wait until you have visited a theme park on the date that you have your first theme park reservation before you will be able to make another one.

Finally, if you have tried all of these solutions and are still having difficulty I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member directly.  Here is a link to the phone numbers for the different departments within Guest Relations.  Please note there are separate phone numbers for Guests with existing tickets and Guests with Annual Passes, so select the phone number that applies to your situation.

Have a Magical visit, Mary!  Please let us know if we can help answer any further questions, we are always here for you when you need us.
