Hi Robin,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Sorry to hear you’re having a bit of trouble making your
Disney Park Pass reservations, let’s see if any of the below tips help.
First, l suggest logging out of your
My Disney Experience mobile app (or account) then logging back in. Sometimes, our devices just need a quick refresh! Once you’re back in, make sure that all your party’s tickets are linked within the app (check in “Tickets and Passes”). When you check, you’ll also want to confirm the number of days on your tickets. If your tickets are for more than one day, you should be able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations.
Now that you’ve confirmed everything, head back over to the
Disney Park Pass reservation area and try to make the reservations for your tickets again. When you start making your reservations, remember to choose a day other than the first day you chose. The calendar should “gray-out” your first day (since it’s already secured), so you should be able to book the following days dependent on your ticket type.
If you’re still having issues, definitely reach out to the
Existing Tickets or My Disney Experience and MagicBands desks so they can help a bit further.
I know that wasn’t the exact answer you were looking for, but I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful. If you have any other vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
