Jeff, if you booked a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package then you should be able to link your reservation to your Disney account after waiting approximately 24-hours for it to appear in your Disney account. If not, then please check to see if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or an earlier version, and please check to see if you are using one of the
Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers for higher performance.
If you are staying at one of the
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotels then you should be able to
link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account by requesting a reservation number from your hotel that is accepted by the My Disney Experience system. If you are continuing to have difficulties, please call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance - rest assured, this can be resolved.
Once your reservation including theme park tickets is linked, you can then proceed to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. During your visit, look for the complimentary
Disney Genie Service in the My Disney Experience app which will streamline your theme park touring by offering updates for wait times at the attraction standby queues and much more.
If you want to save time waiting in lines, then I recommend adding the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Entrance for a small fee, per person, per day. The service will enable you to select arrival windows from over 40 attractions that have a Lightning Lane Entrance. This can be done on the day of your visit using your My Disney Experience app if you wish.
Jeff, expedite your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel and bypass the Front Desk, by completing your Online Check-in and utilizing the
Direct-To-Room Service via the My Disney Experience app.
