Why can’t I find my passes and reservations

Hey Howdy Hey Kelly and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you for stopping by with your question about your passes and reservations. Let's see what we can do to track them down!

The first thing we need to do is to make sure everything is linked to your My Disney Experience account. Sometimes there is a lag between what is linked and what you can see online versus the My Disney Experience app, so let's start with the online account first.

After you log into your My Disney Experience account, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. There you should see all of the Theme Park Reservations that you have there. You can also look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" which will show you all the tickets you have linked to your account as well as the members of your party they are linked to. Most often all these things will automatically be linked after to you make a purchase, as long as they were purchased through the Walt Disney World Resort site. If you do not see anything there, let's take a step back and see if we can link everything to your account.

Linking your tickets and reservations to your account should be easy to do and can be done from your My Disney Experience home page. At the top of the page, under your name, you should see several icons for family and friends, hotel reservations, tickets, theme park reservations and dining reservations. If you have the confirmation number for anything you purchased, put your cursor over what you wanted to link, such as tickets, and you should be given a couple of options. One of these options should be "Link Tickets" and after you select this option you should be able to plug in your confirmation number to have everything linked.

Sometimes there is a lag between what is available on the app versus the online account. After you verify everything is connected and correct online, double-check your My Disney Experience app. Sometimes you may have to completely close it all out and restart it. Other times you might have to uninstall and reinstall the app for the ultimate boost. Try these options first to see if you can get your information updated before anything else.

If you go through these steps and still are having issues linking your items to your account, this looks like a job for specialized Disney Cast Members! You can reach out to Disney at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member can help you from here.

Best of luck getting the technology sorted out, I hope it is just a minor road bump! If you have any further questions, please feel free to stop back and let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
