    Why can’t find the date that I reserved when I bought our tickets?

    Welcome, and thanks for asking us a question. I’m glad to hear you’re planning to visit the Disneyland Resort soon!

    If you successfully made a theme park reservation after purchasing your theme park tickets, you should have received an email shortly after containing a confirmation number, the reservation details, and a QR code for each person in your party to present with their associated ticket upon arrival at the theme park turnstiles. You can also verify your reservation by logging into your account on Disneyland.com and selecting “My Theme Park Reservations.” Additionally, if you open the Disneyland mobile app and tap “View My Park Reservations” under “Ticket and Reservation Details,” you should see your theme park reservation date and other details there.
