Hello there Anna, welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble making
dining reservations, I'm sure that is frustrating. Depending on where you are trying to make reservations, it is possible that there are no dining reservations available for the days you are visiting. However, do not worry, I have a few options for you to try!
My first suggestion would be to keep trying and keep checking both the
Disneyland site and
Disneyland app for available reservations. Guest plans do change frequently, and reservations tend to open up, especially closer to your date of arrival.
Several table service dining locations do offer
Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability. You can check availability (it will vary each day) at participating restaurants via the Disneyland app, or by scanning a QR Code located near the restaurant entrance. You can then use the app to add your party to the walk-up list of a restaurant that has availability, as well as confirm your party details. Availability can change throughout the day, so feel free to keep checking and even check for same day dining reservations. Some of our favorite restaurants to dine at are
Lamplight Lounge at
Disney California Adventure Park, and
Carnation Café at
Disneyland Park.
Some of my favorite dining locations actually do not even need a reservation! The Disneyland Resort has so many great
Quick Service dining options, we find ourselves dining here more often during our trips. My personal favorite is
Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park. The spicy Banyan Beef skewer paired with an Outback Vegetable Skewer is my go-to order! My family also loves
Pym Test Kitchen in Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park, there is just something so delicious about their Potato Bites.
I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip Anna! If you think or any other questions before or after your trip, please do not hesitate to
come back and ask!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
