    Why can’t I connect my will call tickets to my Disney Experience account? I have used my Disney reservation number and the booking number from my confirmation email, neither work. The only option I see when linking is ID number but I haven’t been sent it.

    Thanks so much for sharing this very important question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm sure you must be eager to get this taken care of so you can begin making FastPass+ selections!

    I recommend you begin by contacting a Cast Member in Ticketing at 0800 16 90 730. Have your reservation confirmation number available when you contact them to make your call most efficient. The Cast Member will review your information and provide you with the needed details to secure the ID information you need to link your tickets.

    Once you have your ticket ID number, you can sign in to your My Disney Experience account and link your ticket.

    If you continue to have challenges linking your ticket ID, give the friendly Internet Help Desk team a call at  0800 16 90 749. They are experts and will assist you as needed. They have been a tremendous help to me on numerous occasions.
