Why I cant do the ckeck in online from a room of my travel party In my profile i link my room reservation and my mother in law room reservation (she is part of my travel party). I´m have already check in to my room but the other room give me error why

    Hi Leticia!

I love when the Online Check-In becomes available, because that is when my countdown begins for any of my Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

It is my understanding that if a separate room reservation is in another adult's name, they must complete the online check-in from their My Disney Experience account. In this case, your mother-in-law would need to complete the process, even though your reservations are linked. If your mother-in-law continues to have difficulty checking in, I would suggest calling Website Support at (407)939-4357 and a Cast Member will be able to assist her. I hope this helps.

    Have a magical vacation!
