Hi Thomas,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with a great question! I am always delighted to say hello to a fellow North Carolinian!
It sounds as if you have booked a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel or
vacation package and need to see your charges along with the amount you have already paid. If you have not created a
My Disney Experience account already, go ahead and create one. Once you create it,
link your vacation package or resort hotel in that account. Once linked, you should be able to go back in and review your plans and, for vacation packages, make payments online.
If you have not downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest that you do so now. From the mobile app, you can check your charges and payments. First, you will need to do
Online Check-in for the resort hotel stay. Once you are checked in, go to My Plans in the mobile app. To do so, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the home screen. Then, click on My Plans and then find your reservation. Once you find it, you should see a link to View Room Details. Once you click on that link, scroll down and look for a link to View Charges. From there, you should be able to pull up your account charges and payments.
Thomas, remember to pay the balance due by the due date. I normally put a reminder on my calendar so that I do not forget. If you booked a vacation package, I also suggest that you keep an eye on the Special Offers. If an offer comes available that applies to the dates of your trip and would save some money, you can try to modify your reservation to take advantage of the special offer!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
