Hi Vanessa!
Thanks for visiting planDisney - I'm happy to help.
Disney After Hours Boo Bash is a SPOOKtacular new Halloween offering this fall at Walt Disney World Resort's
Magic Kingdom Park. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and there's no better place to celebrate "spooky season" than Walt Disney World. On select nights from August through Halloween night, grim grinning ghosts will inhabit Magic Kingdom Park for a swinging wake, and you're invited!
As a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest, you have first access to tickets for this spellbinding celebration. Tickets go on sale to the general public on June 15th , but Guests of select Disney resort hotels can book tickets as early as June 8. Early access tickets are only available by phone, and resort hotel Guests should have received an email with all the details. If you did not receive this email, no need to worry! Simply call (407) 939-4240 to speak to a Cast Member and purchase your Boo Bash tickets. (Make sure to have your resort reservation confirmation number handy when you call.)
I can tell you from my experience yesterday that phone lines were
extremely busy and tied up for most of the day. One of my friends in our travel party was able to get through mid-afternoon, and had quite an extensive wait time before speaking to a Cast Member. If you are able to connect, don't give up hope! Just sit back and enjoy the Disney tunes on hold until a Cast Member comes on the line. Once your purchase is complete, make sure to write down your confirmation number, as you'll need it to link your Boo Bash tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. The number will typically be 4 letters, followed by 8 numbers. Once the tickets are linked to your account, you're all set and ready to BOOgie down with the happy haunts on your Disney vacation.
Don't fret if at first your tickets don't show up in the "Tickets and Passes" section of your My Disney Experience account - they may take a few days to "materialize". If you need help linking your tickets, give the My Disney Experience Tech Help Line a call for assistance. You can reach them by calling (407) 939-7765.
I hope this helps, and you'll soon be counting down the spine-chilling days until October!
Your Ghost Host - Diane W.
