Why can’t I book a park reservation 60 days in advance

    Hey Erica!

Welcome to planDisney! I see that you are visiting very soon and right in time for the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! I love connecting with the colors and flavors of nature!

Erica, there are some differences in how Park Reservations date availability works based on the type of ticket you purchased but I did some investigating and it seems you should be able to book a Park Reservation well into January 2024. Just to make sure it's clear, in order to enter a Walt Disney World Resort Park you must have a Park Reservation for that specific Park. These Reservations should be made as early as you can and if there is availability can be changed under your My Disney Experience Account.

Now, I have a suspicion that you are mixing up Park Reservations and Dining Reservations. Dining Reservations are needed for Table Service Restaurants and the window to book them starts at 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel then you can book for your entire stay up to 10 days. You can also make these reservations on the My Disney Experience App. If you are not staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel then you are only able to book 60 days ahead for each day. My favorite Table Service Restaurant right now is Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. A delicious and flavorful meal while watching giraffes walk by is so magical!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
