Why can't I book fastpass for days before my check in date? I go to florida a week before with my family but plan on staying at the resort after they leave but I can't reserve a week before check in. Don't tickets need to be used within 14 days

    Hi Samantha!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You should be able to book your FastPass+ selections at least 30 days in advance or 60 days in advance if you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Make sure that your Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket or Annual Pass is connected to your My Disney Experience account, so that you can make those FastPass+ selections. If it's more than 30 days in advance of your Walt Disney World vacation, and you're trying to make those FastPasses, then your Disney Resort hotel reservation must be connected to your My Disney Experience account.

And you are correct, multi-day tickets and any options purchased must be used within 14 days of first use.

If you've done all those things and are still having trouble, you can call (407) 939-4357 for further assistance with FastPass+.

If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a magical vacation!
