    Why can’t I add the genie + to my reservation for Thursday March 3?

    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh Boy! You are about to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make sure to stay until the sun goes down and Disney icons like the Hollywood Tower Hotel at Disney's Hollywood Studios and the Tree of Life at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park come to shimmering EARidescent life during Beacons of Magic.

    Hakuna Matata! You will be able to add Disney Genie+ to your Theme Park Ticket beginning at midnight on the day of your park reservation. I find this easiest to accomplish via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, followed by "My Genie Day" and select "My Day." Look for the "Get Genie+ for Today" follow the prompts and submit payment. Lightning Lane attractions will be available beginning at 7:00 AM. I suggest being ready to make your initial choices at that time. Especially, if you are also going to purchase Individual Lightning Lanes for the most popular attractions, those windows tend to go fast.     Enjoy the beginning of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Grab yourself a fresh delight from one of the many outdoor kitchens. At Sunshine Griddle try the Shrimp and Grits or Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon. In World Showcase, catch the Garden Rocks Concert Series.
