My Disney Experience is truly a magical system. It's like your behind-the-scenes Fairy Godmother, managing and keeping all of your reservations, tickets, and vacation plans in the same place. When you purchase theme park admission, you are prompted to enter the names of the Guests that will be using them so that the tickets are automatically linked to the correct person in your My Family & Friends list. The tickets need to be linked so that each person can secure theme park reservations in advance through the
Disney Park Pass System. When it's time to pass through the entrance and redeem the tickets, each Guest will do so using either a
MagicBand or Key to the World Card linked to his or her name.
Carlos, should plans change before you travel,
you can reassign wholly unused tickets to a different Guest in My Disney Experience. I have done this before when one of my sisters couldn't join us at the last minute, and we brought my mother along instead. A few clicks, and bibbidi bobbidi boo, my mom had a ticket! If you need to make modifications to a
resort hotel reservation, or if you run into any trouble when reassigning tickets,
give the friendly Cast Members a call at (407) 939-5277.
