Hello there, Lisa! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your inquiry. It's a pleasure to have fellow guests sail our way!
I'm sorry to hear that you are having a less than magical time using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. I haven't encountered the problem that you are facing and I wish I had a magic wand to fix it. I think with the error message that you are receiving, it would be best to
call a helpful Disney Cruise Line Cast Member at (800) 951-3532. Alternatively, you may wish to
email Disney Cruise Line to notify them about the issue you are experiencing.
If you decide to contact Disney Cruise Line via phone, the phone lines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday. On the weekends, agents are answering the phone from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. I recommend that you call as early in the morning as possible to avoid elevated wait times.
Once your reservation is showing appropriately in the app, you can utilize the app for further planning purposes. When your
advance booking window opens, you'll be able to make reservations for
adult-exclusive dining experiences,
book Port Adventures, and more. If you are a first-time guest of the Disney Cruise Line, your advance booking window will open 75 days prior to your sail date. If you are a member of the
Castaway Club, your booking window depends on your member level.
You can also utilize the app to check in to your Disney Cruise reservation 30 days before setting sail. Be sure to have your passport or identification documents with you when you check-in. You will need to upload photos of these documents as well as photos of each member of your travel party.
My fellow panelists and I are here for any more questions that you may have for us, Lisa. Between us, we have sailed several itineraries and experienced Disney Cruise Line with infants, grandparents, and a range of ages in between. Please sail our way again if we can be of assistance in your planning!
Wishing you an incredible voyage,
Adrianna
