Why was I able to purchase my tickets if there were no available reservations? How do I get a refund?

    Hi, Amanda!

Thanks for stopping by. Let's get your mystery solved!

I think you may already have reservations because guests buying their tickets online usually book park reservations while making their purchases. The best way to double-check your reservations is to log into your Disneyland Resort account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), select "View My Park Reservations." The next page will display your current bookings, and your reservations should be there.

If you don't have reservations, you may have a third-party ticket. If that's the case, you must look for availability using this calendar to find new dates. While tickets to the Disneyland Resort are not refundable, you can use them until it expires or apply the value of a wholly unused ticket towards the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

I hope this helps you solve your ticket mystery, Amanda!

May the magic be with you,
