Hi Michelle!
I'm so glad you decided to visit us again here at planDisney! I saw that my
fellow panelist Julie gave you some excellent advice on different ways of securing
theme park reservations at the
Disneyland Resort! She's great, isn't she? Such solid tips! And it seems like you were able to change your family's reservations from March 2022 to April 2022, awesome, I'm so glad!
But going back to your question, you are looking for the most cost affordable way to secure a reservation for one child on April 8, 2022 for
Disneyland Park. Well, it must be your lucky day, because I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and I currently see a reservation available for the
One Park Per Day Standard Theme Park Ticket! But please know that reservations are fluid and constantly changing, as Guests can revise their reservations on their own from within their Disneyland Resort account. So, there is a chance that by the time you read this and go to purchase the ticket and make a reservation, the reservation may no longer be available. If that is the case, I recommend you continue to monitor the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, as reservation availability is constantly changing!
Another option would be to consider the
Park Hopper Tickets. There is different reservation availability for One Park Per Day Tickets and Park Hopper Tickets, so I would keep an eye on both calendars to maximize your chance of securing a reservation!
You also chose a great time to visit! The
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is taking place from March 4, 2022 to April 26, 2022, so excellent timing on your part! This festival has an amazing variety of food, beverage, and entertainment. You guys are sure to have a blast!
If you have more questions before your trip, please do come back again, we're so happy to help!
See ya real soon!
