My whole family is coming to WDW in late April and the girls have reservations to have breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. Do most of the girls dress up in their favorite princess outfits?

Yes but its half and half, its part of the fun of the experience, you don't have to dress up.  My daughter wore her princess gown over her shorts and t-shirt.  Once the meal was done, she took off her little gown, so she was free to play and ride the various attractions.  It's a great experience, and a
lot of fun!!  Don't forget your camera, during the meal Mary Poppins, Belle and many others will mingle through the dining area, visiting each table.  Have a great trip!! Heather M.
