Whitney, you mentioned last year about going to Star Wars weekendand how much fun it was. We will be there June 3 - June 9. My 8 year old boy is a huge fan of Clone Wars. Is there a schedule of events or special character meet n greets, etc for this year?

I couldn't find anything on the official Disney website except this page. And even when I visited the park's calendar, there was no schedule of events, just a link back to the Star Wars Weekends about going in circles!

After visiting several sites I found by Googling "Star Wars Weekend 2010," I found nothing official (or even unofficial....) that was of substance.  What I would suggest doing, though, is to go to and look at the 2009 guide that's posted under its Star Wars Weekend page. (Type in "Star Wars Weekend" in its search box). At least this will give you a good overview of what to expect from the weekend based on last year.

In the meantime, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks blog. It is a good source for first-release information from Disney!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
