    Just on a whim I checked the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party availability and was lucky enough to get 9:20 res. Any suggestions or tips about things I should know? Can't wait to see Tink flying at us!!

    Hi Susan!

    Congratulations on your Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party reservation! It's one of my favourite extra 'splurges' to indulge in during a visit to Walt Disney World!

    Your 9:20pm reservation time is simply the suggested arrival time for your party. Arrivals are staggered over the time of the party (the hour prior to the commencement of Wishes) such that not all Guests arrive at once. Like any other Disney Dining Reservation, it's suggested that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to check in at the hostess stand - and for this reservation in particular I'd recommend that you do just that! Tables will have been pre-assigned by party name prior to your arrival. Upon arrival and seating by a Hostess, your party will be welcome to visit the expansive (and delicious!) dessert buffet where you'll find an array of sweet treats along with coffee and other hot and cold beverages.

    Prior to the commencement of Wishes, a Disney's PhotoPass Photographer is usually on hand to take group photos with Cinderella Castle as your backdrop. Be sure to have a few shots taken of your party on your own camera and by the PhotoPass Photographer.

    As Wishes begins, Cast Members will begin to disassemble the dessert buffet area so be sure to fill your plate, and your cup, just prior to 10:00pm. During Wishes, some Guests enjoy remaining seated at their tables while others (especially avid photographers) will secure viewing spots standing at the railing along the edge of Tomorrowland Terrace.
