Hi, Katie! I just love it when family can get together and enjoy a magical vacation at
Walt Disney World. I would say some of my favorite vacation memories are when we've gotten to share the trip with aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins.
Guests staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel have the added bonus of booking
FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance for the length of their stay. Guests who are not included in a Disney resort room reservation can begin booking 30 days in advance. For those guests not staying on property, when you go to book your FastPass+ times, you can select times that correspond with the times secured by the family members who have previously booked to try and coordinate attractions that way. Because it's an hour window, you may be able to all visit the same attractions at the same time, even if you can't secure the same exact FastPass+ time.
While resort pools are only for the use of resort guests, there are plenty of things you can all do together at the resorts. Each hotel will have an activity schedule of things taking place each day during your stay, and most of those are things anyone can participate in. Additionally, you might find campfires,
Movies Under the Stars, watercraft rentals, arcades, and lots of other stuff to do when you're all together.
Enjoy having the opportunity to experience the Disney magic together!
Anna
