    Hi Abbie,

    I am sorry to tell you that you are not allowed to bring in coolers with wheels.  You are correct that the caption you mention is basically stating that the cooler, suitcase or backpack itself cannot be larger than the size dimensions stated whether they have wheels or not (it is in reference to the size of the item, not the size of the wheels) but you will notice that before that, it is mentioned that "Items with wheels, such as wagons, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, two-wheeled or three-wheeled conveyances, strollers larger than 36" x 52" are also included as not being allowed in the Parks. At the very end in the same section of the Theme Park FAQ the following is also mentioned for further clarification:

    "Note: Guests are not permitted to pull items behind them. Any item that requires a Guest to pull it behind them, including a stroller, is not permitted into the Park."
