Hi there, Kerry!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited you're here!
Are you "Ready to begin, let the wonder take hold," as you watch
Happily Ever After fireworks at
Magic Kingdom Park? It is truly the most spectacular and dazzling display of fireworks I have ever seen. Along with the projections of our favorite Disney movies with the inspirational songs we love, the show never ceases to bring tears to my eyes. I am so glad to hEAR you’re going to be enjoying a night of viewing the fireworks at
Walt Disney World Resort!
The wheelchair area for fireworks viewing is on the East side on Main Street U.S.A., behind the fountain by the garden. Check out the
Guide for Guests with Disabilities at Magic Kingdom map, where you can see the exact location. In the map, locate the Legend, towards the bottom right. You will see the letter “F” along with a wheelchair symbol, and next to it, it says “Fireworks Viewing for Guests with Disabilities.” The viewing area works as a first come, first serve basis and is allocated to the Guest in a wheelchair and their plus one. I would get there early because people tend to find their spots an hour or so before the show begins. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to call
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
One of my favorite things to do is visit the
Main Street Confectionery before the viewing of Happily Ever After fireworks, and grab some yummy treats to munch on as I wait for the show to begin.
Kerry, I hope you have the most magical time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Aena
