Are wheel chairs available, do you have to reserve, what is the cost?

    Hi Marlin! Welcome to planDisney!

I bet you are thrilled that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is so close now! I can't wait to see all that the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration has to offer. The good news is that you won't have to wait long to experience it all since you will be there very soon!

I'm happy to tell you that there are wheelchairs available to rent in the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. You can rent daily or by the length of stay. By choosing the length of stay you save money and time each day since you only have to show your rental receipt to pick up your wheelchair after the first day instead of going through the entire payment process again.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be rented in advance. It is a good idea to try and arrive earlier in the day to make sure you get a wheelchair. Since cost is subject to change, I recommend checking the wheelchair rental link that I included for you above for the most up-to-date cost. Both the daily rental and the length of stay rental options and prices are listed there.

I hope this helps, Marlin! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
