Is there a way to get a wheel chair tag for my sons wagon before we arrive?

    Hi, there!

Zackary, I'm just thrilled to see you're going to be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort next week. And with your little guy in tow! You're sure to make lots of magical memories together.

The official Walt Disney World Resort rules state that wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted in the theme parks, but as you know, they can be marked as a wheelchair in some instances. At this time, that designation can only be made in person, unfortunately. You'll need to stop by Guest Relations when you arrive at the first theme park you plan to visit. They'll chat with you about your son's unique needs and make a determination about your wagon. Once you have the appropriate identifying tag attached to your wagon, though, it can be used for the rest of your stay - you won't have to stop by Guest Relations every day of your vacation!

You may want to reach out to Disability Services before your arrival with any other specific questions you have. They want all Guests who visit the Walt Disney World Resort to have a safe and magical experience! They'll be happy to chat with you about your concerns ahead of time. Disability Services can be reached by calling (407) 560-2547 or by emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Your visit is the perfect time to experience The World's Most Magical Celebration! There's lots of new magic in the theme parks, including brand-new nighttime spectaculars. Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT are not to be missed!

I hope this was helpful, Zackary. I'm wishing you and your family a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
