I have a wheat/gluten allergy. Can you please give me advice or tips as to where to eat and hidden secrets of tears I don’t know about. A couple of years ago we were at magic kingdom and ate at Casey’s hotdogs. The gf bun was awful. It needed to be heated.

    Hi Angela!

My son has food allergies, so I know how difficult it can be to accommodate his diet on vacation. Plus, with so many options at Walt Disney World Resort, it can be incredibly intimidating to find the best places to eat where you can find safe food that is also safe!

I am so sorry to hear that you had an experience at Casey's Corner that wasn't great and I really want to ensure that you have a better experience the next time you visit. While I have accommodated several different food allergies at Magic Kingdom, wheat/gluten is not one of them. So I reached out to my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists to see if they had any specific recommendations for your Magic Kingdom day. Here are some recommendations from their experiences traveling with friends accommodating gluten-allergies:
    1. Check out Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café for the rotisserie chicken with broccoli and gluten-free fries and the gluten-free brownie.
    2. Tony's Town Square Restaurant has multiple dinner options, including grilled chicken Parmigiana on rice pasta and shrimp scampi with veggies.
    3. One Guest said that the gluten-free pizza at Pinocchio Village Haus was the best she had ever had!
Keep in mind that ingredients and availability are always subject to change, so I recommend that you speak with a Chef when you order and they can help guide you through allergy-friendly menus to find a safe and tasty option!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
