what do I do with tickets I purchased from last year, but have not used or been refunded for due to covid 19

    Hey Kandace!

    Welcome to planDisney!

You’ve brought an excellent question to us here today! I am so sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets prior to the shutdown. It's been a crazy year but I am so glad that we can all enjoy The Happiest Place on Earth again. It sounds like you purchased your tickets last year so there’s a really good chance you can still use them. Most non-promotional tickets that expired at the end of 2020 or beginning of 2021 were extended through December 16, 2021.

First you’ll want to check and see if your tickets were part of the ones that were extended. If they were, you’ll want to re-link them to your Disney Account and make a theme park reservation. Some guests have experienced issues re-linking their tickets so the best thing to do is call Ticket Services so a Cast Member can assist you. Be patient as they are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times. I find that Sunday Mornings are a really good time to call.

Well Kandace, let us know if you have any more questions once you have your trip all set up.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
