I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding your
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to your phone's wallet. Here at planDisney, we are a group of moms, dads, grandparents and even puppy parents that love to share our experiences about visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. A technical problem isn't exactly in our wheelhouse but I do have a few ideas that might help! The first this I would do is open the
MyDisneyExperience app on my smartphone and login if prompted. Then, click on the menu bar which is three blue horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will open up the menu and scroll down until you see the "Chat With Us" feature. This will open up the chatbox and you can type in the issue you are having. When a Cast Member is available to chat with you, you will receive a push notification letting you know they are ready to speak with you. The Cast Member you are chatting with might have some tips on how to troubleshoot the issue.
If you'd rather talk to someone over the phone about your issue, you can actually call the
MyDisneyExperience support line at (407) 939-4357. Please be aware that the call centers are experiencing a large number of calls which is leading to higher than normal wait times. If you call, be prepared to be on hold for a while. I recommend trying the chat feature I mentioned above first because of this.
If all else fails, try turning your phone off and then back on again. Nine times out of ten, this always fixes the issues I'm having with apps on my phone.
