Hello, what do I do, my hotel is one that will not be opening up this year. Been on the phone with cast members but they never notified me about my hotel Been trying to call them but cant get through. We are planning on being there in September.

    Hi Marea!

How thrilling to hEAR you have plans to return to a world of magic at Walt Disney World. I'm so happy to see that the phased reopening is keeping Guests' and Cast Members' safety at the forefront even if it means that we will initially have select Disney Resort hotels opening to Guests. You can be certain that Walt Disney World will be ready to say "Be Our Guest" even if it's not in the same "castle" you were anticipating.

Disney is proactively addressing this by sending out emails to Guests allowing them to confirm, modify, or cancel their reservations. In your case, if the Disney Resort hotel you have booked is not expected to reopen just yet, the email allows you to modify your reservation. If you had a Travel Agent make your reservation, they will handle the next steps for you. If not, your email will have you click on the option that says "I'm Planning on Modifying My Reservation." Disney will then validate your selection and provide next steps. My friend who received this email has a Walt Disney World vacation planned for early September, so stay tuned for your email because they may be sending emails out in batches depending on arrival dates.

The email also shares a link to the Theme Park Reservation calendar, which will show availability at all the Theme Parks. Like Lumiere and Cogsworth were for the Beast, this calendar will be a major helper before you make your Disney Park Pass Reservations

Marea, waltz back over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel as you finalize your Disney vacation planning. It would be our pleasure to help you!

    Have a ball!
