I am happy to hear that you will be another Guest’s Fairy Godmother by giving them
theme park tickets! To reassign wholly unused tickets to another visitor via the
My Disney Experience app, open the app on your mobile device and tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. Next, select
Tickets and Passes, find the ticket and select
Reassign Ticket.
If the Reassign Ticket option is not highlighted, it probably means that the ticket is already assigned to another Guest. In this case, you will have to contact this Guest and ask them to reassign the ticket back to you so you can finally reassign it to a different family member. Although you can see tickets from other Guests connected to you via
My Family & Friends, you can only reassign or change tickets that are assigned to you. A few days ago, I accidentally reassigned a ticket to my husband instead of my sister. Although I could see the ticket under my husband’s name in the app because we are connected, the Reassign Ticket option was not highlighted, so he had to sign in to his account and reassign it back to me.
