    What do I do if I have not received my cruise packet in the mail yet?

    Ahoy Kathleen –

    Congratulations on your upcoming cruise; we are so excited to hear about it! I just came back from a cruise on the Disney Dream, and I received my travel documents about 30 days prior to my cruise. If pirate guests have used a travel agent to book their vacations, sometimes the travel documents will go to the travel agent first, and then they will be mailed out about 1-2 weeks later to guests. Some travel agents will use this as an opportunity to provide guests with a stateroom gift. If you have not received your documents and are concerned, please feel free to contact Disney Cruise Line directly at (800) 951-3532. While the travel documents are useful and full of information, they are not required for embarkation. One of my good friends traveled with us on the Dream this week and she forgot to bring her cruise packet.  She was still able to board the ship using the online check in form that guests are asked to print out and bring from home and her passport.
