Hi Zareen,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Zareen, the first thing I would do is triple check my email for the confirmation number. Try checking your spam, junk, or trash folder for an email titled “Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation”.
If you’re still not finding it, let’s try something else! When you purchased your tickets, were you signed into
My Disney Experience? If so, your tickets will already be linked to your My Disney Experience account and in the mobile app. Let’s check. Open your
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the right corner, then tap the “Tickets and Passes” box. Once you’re signed in, under “Tickets and Passes” you should see your tickets if they’re linked. If so, great, you can make your
Disney Park Pass reservations!
If your tickets aren’t there, I suggest calling the
Existing Tickets help desk for further guidance. With your information, hopefully they’ll be able to find your tickets and get them linked properly so you can make those Park Passes!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you begin preparing for your upcoming trip this fall. If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
