Hey, howdy, hey, Lisa and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
This is a fantastic question because Disney fans come in all sizes from Jack-Jack Parr and Officer Judy Hopps to Winnie the Pooh and Baymax. Sometimes is just hard to get that special item sized right. Fortunately, Mickey is a master at making sure his friends both near and far have what they need.
If you find that a different size is needed here is what to do. Make sure you have the item and the receipt. Dial the Park Merchandise phone number (877-560-6477) which is on the receipt along with the store number where the item was purchased. Press '1' and speak with a Cast Member (Disney speak for employee). Explain the situation and what size you need. They will be able to assist you with exchanges or returns. Easy peasy. There is a shipping and handling fee for size exchanges because they need to send a Cast Member inside the theme park to retrieve your item and ship it to you. Currently, that fee is $4.95 but could change at any time. That fee does not include the cost for you to ship the item back so I would advise doing it as inexpensively as possible. If the shirt has a defect, is damaged, or still has an unremoved sensor on it then Disney will send you a pre-paid label to exchange the clothing item at no cost to you.
Disney Dad Tip: Many items sold in the theme parks may be found at
ShopDisney online and on the

Lisa, please let us know if you have any more questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
