If you notice errors in your information after you create your
My Disney Experience account, they can be corrected however this looks like a job for the Cast Members. You can
give the team at My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ a call and explain your situation. They should be able to make the correction quickly and get you back to planning your upcoming trip.
Did you know that your My Disney Experience app can serve so much more than just a convenient place to keep all of your vacation plans? One really cool option is to set up
Disney MagicMobile Service. With this pass, you will have access similar to a MagicBand right from your phone! You can set this up for free on your My Disney Experience app by clicking on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner and taping the tile "Disney MagicMobile". Follow the steps and then this will save to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick access to the parks!
