We've used the dining plan for group of 5, sharing one resort room and by using our common room key, knew exactly what was deducted and remaining. This time we are a group of 9, in 2 reservations for 3 resort rooms. How will the dining credits be tracked?

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

Since you have two different Disney vacation reservation numbers, you need to keep track of who falls under each reservation number.  For example:  visitors 1, 2 and 3 may be under reservation #XYZ.  These members will be under the same Disney Dining Plan and will be able to keep track of their credits with each dining receipt.  The remaining members will be under the second reservation number and will all be able to do the same since they will have a Disney Dining Plan that will not be shared with the first group. As long as you are all aware of who is sharing dining credits within the same reservation number, members should be able to keep track of dining credits.  When I travel with big groups, I tend to be very verbal about how many meals and snacks each person is allowed per day and it is their job to keep track of it AND to be honest.  I really hope this makes sense.  With two different reservation numbers, it should be much easier than if you were all in one. Good Luck!
