    We've stayed at Contemporary at each of our last two vacations. For our visit this fall, we've decided to try Animal Kingdom Lodge (savanna view). Can you tell me what to expect for storage space? I've read that the rooms are quite small.

    Hi Krista!

    I just checked out of my Animal Kingdom Lodge Savanna room two days ago!  It was my first time staying at that resort and it really is beautiful.  The savanna view is lovely and amazing at the same time.  Where else can you sit on your balcony and watch animals stroll by?

    I found that the size of the room was adequate.  Not overly spacious, but not cramped either.  You'll have a large closet for hanging your clothes and putting your luggage away.  The closet also has a shelf at the top that I used to store my shopping bags.  Closet wise, I think it's a generous size, but they don't have enough hangers.  You can call housekeeping to ask them to bring you more.  Drawer space is very limited.  My room only had two long drawers in the TV unit.  Not a lot of storage there.   If you look at the pictures of the rooms on the resort's page, they are very accurate.  I've attached the page here.
