We’ve never planned for 6 before and are looking to plan a trip in Nov. what are my on site options for 6 people as far as where to stay

Good question, Russell! I’m happy to help you find a spot for your family that is practically perfect in every way.

When all four of my kids were still living at home, our family of six enjoyed a great stay at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Each cabin stands alone so your family will have a lot of privacy if you choose this option. They include a full kitchen with a dining table, one bathroom, one bedroom and a whole lot of rustic charm. If you decide to give this option a try, do consider renting a golf cart; it adds to the fun!

You might also consider a family suite at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Choosing this option would give you one extra bathroom (for a total of two) vs. the single bathroom provided in the cabins. You’d also have the convenience of the Disney Skyliner right on-site at your resort. Talk about fancy transportation!

Many of the villas in the Disney Resorts Collection can accommodate a family of six as well. You can explore those options here.

No matter where you choose to stay, Russell, I’m wishing your family an extra magical time!
