Hi there, Clif! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets. As demonstrated by our beloved Baymax, technology isn't always a perfect science. To keep you from completely deflating, I'd be happy to see if I can get you back on track.
The ticket ID number is sometimes a little tricky to recognize. If you have the original confirmation email from your ticket purchase, there will be a button that says "Access Your eTickets." This can often be one of the easier places to locate the ticket ID number and make sure your tickets are linked and ready to use!
If you purchased your tickets using the
Disneyland Resort Website, while logged into your My Disneyland account, you'll find that the tickets have been automatically linked, cutting out a step of the linking process. Just hover over the "My Disneyland" tab, then select "Tickets and Reservation Details." Here, you'll find all active, linked tickets. The ticket ID number will be listed with each corresponding ticket.
If you're still having trouble locating the elusive ticket ID number, it may be time to call in reinforcements. A friendly Cast Member will be the fixer in this case. They are standing by, ready to help you get one step closer to the magic. Just pick up the phone and call the
Ticket Services Line to find a Cast Member who can help you from their more advanced side of this technology!
Well, Clif, "I cannot deactivate until you say you are satisfied with your care." I do hope my answer has helped you today! If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us at planDisney!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
