Hello, Sienna!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I’m pleased to answer your very first question about your first Disney Cruise. Sailing over New Year’s Eve aboard the
Disney Dream sounds amazing! Plus, you have two stops at
Disney Castaway Cay–sign me up!
My son loved the
Pirates League!
Pirate Night is Friday and will coincide with your stowaway’s pirate transformation. I recommend packing some makeup remover for your buccaneer. I didn’t bring any, and it took a lot of scrubbing to transform my son back into a little boy. Sienna, your whole crew can wear their favorite swashbuckling garb for dinner and participate in a night full of pirate-themed activities. There are crafts, trivia, themed beverages, and a special themed dinner menu. The evening deck party typically begins at 7:30 p.m. Before the night is over, your son will definitely feel like a member of the Mickey Pirate Crew!
You’ll want to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to find all the treasure on board. The app will list your daily activity schedule, rotational dining details, and personal itinerary. You can mark an activity as a favorite by selecting the heart icon; about 15 minutes beforehand, you’ll get a reminder letting you know the fun is about to begin. Activities are subject to change, so check the app frequently.
I know you’re going to fall in love with Disney Cruise Line. Before you wave goodbye to Captain Mickey and his friends, consider taking advantage of the
Onboard Booking Offer. You’ll find the details on the app. It’s a great way to save money on your next Disney Cruise.
Have fun planning your magical adventure at sea. Please stop by and see us again. We're always happy to help!
SEAS the adventure!
