    Hi, We've been linking our passes etc so we can all be included for genie +. Somehow, my daughters ticket was linked to my sons (even though he already has his ticket assigned). How can I get it back to her?

    Hi Adrienne, welcome to planDisney!

    You're in the home stretch of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdown - hip hip hooray!  Must-dos before your trip include making sure each member of your party has valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and plans for a method of entry (MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card). It's also important for all members of your traveling party to connect as Family and Friends in My Disney Experience. This allows you to view and make plans for each other (dining reservations, Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane purchases, Lightning Lane reservations, etc.) 

    I understand your efforts to connect accidentally resulted in an incorrect ticket assignment. You should be able to reassign the ticket in your My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by clicking the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen and "Tickets and Passes." Scroll to the incorrectly assigned ticket and click the "Reassign Ticket" icon that appears underneath the ticket. Next, select your daughter's name from your Family and Friends list and click "Reassign." Note that this only works if your son's My Disney Experience account profile is managed under your account. If your son has his own My Disney Experience account, he will need to reassign the ticket from his account.

    It's also possible to reassign tickets online. Scroll down and click the "Reassign Ticket" dropdown menu that appears to the right of the incorrectly assigned ticket. I recently experienced a situation where the "Reassign Ticket" wasn't an option online but it appeared in the My Disney Experience mobile app. I share that bit of information in case you experience something similar. If you run into any trouble along your ticket reassignment journey, a helpful Cast Member at the Technical and Website Support number would be Happy as the dwarf to assist you.
