We've gone to the Hoop Dee Doo Review on many occassions. The worst part was the transportation between the dinner show location and the Disney resort. We are staying at Pop Century this time. What are your suggestions? Thanks for sharing your expertise

    Hi Robert!

My family loves the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue!  It's such a fun show, no matter how many times you see it:)

You are right that it takes a bit of pre-planning to travel there.  You should definitely allow at least an hour and a half of travel time.  The best way to go from your resort is to take the Disney bus to the Magic Kingdom and hop on the boat that goes to the Fort Wilderness campground.   Yes, it takes a while, but this is generally one of the few times my family and I ride on a boat while there, so we chalk it up to a fun experience!  My boys like to get there even earlier and play for a bit at the playground, sand volleyball, beach area.

If you are in a rush, you could always arrange for a cab to take you directly to Fort Wilderness.  Or, sometimes, we plan to spend that day in the Magic Kingdom, and can just leave from there.  If we do the early show, we will go back to Magic Kingdom to enjoy the parades and fireworks.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
