While we've been to Disney many times, this is the first trip that we'll split our stay at different resorts. Do we tip the bell hop we give our bags to the morning that we leave the first resort and the bell hop at the second? Thanks in advance!

    Hiya Jessica!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  We've done quite a few split stays over the years on our Walt Disney World Resort vacations.  We love being able to experience two resorts in one vacation and our kids love being able to explore two different resorts while on vacation!  It's like a completely different experience for them!

When we book a split stay, we tip both bell hops--our logic is that they'll both be taking the same fantastic care of our belongings as we transition from one Resort Hotel to another.  It's just our way of showing our appreciation.  If you touch Bell Services on your in-room phone on the morning you depart your first Resort Hotel, they'll happily come to your room, count and tag your bags for transport to their next destination, and you can head out directly out to the parks!  That's our preferred way to maximize our park time!  Do make sure you keep anything you might need for the remainder of the day with you, as your luggage might not make it to your Resort until later in the afternoon.  They'll definitely let you know about what time it should be there!

Once you've checked in and made it to your next Resort Hotel room, simply touch Bell Services to inquire about your luggage.  If it's available, they'll bring it straightaway!

    Have a magical vacation!
