    We've got Disney dining included in our package, I understand what is included but wondered if you are given a separate menu to choose from or can you have any mains, desserts etc. shown on the menu or do they have to add up to a certain value?

    Hi, Susannah!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    All of the amazing dining options at the Walt Disney World Resort are one of my family's favorite things about a Walt Disney World vacation.  My mouth is watering just thinking about Mickey waffles and Dole Whips!  It sounds like you have already been doing some resEARch on your Disney Dining Plan.

    You will be happy to know that all guests order from the same menu whether they are participating in a Disney Dining Plan or just paying out of pocket as they go.  However, one thing to keep in mind is that there are a few signature dining restaurants that cost two Disney Dining Plan entitlements.  To check to see how many entitlements a particular location requires, you can take a look at the list of dining locations on the Walt Disney World website.  If you click on a restaurant you are interested in, you will see a link that says "Some Dining Plans Accepted."  Clicking on this link will open a window that shows you what Disney Dining Plan entitlements are required for that location.  

    It is great that you are exploring all that your Disney Dining Plan has to offer this far ahead of your vacation.  Walt Disney World Dining reservations are strongly recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance.
