We've just booked our trip for August 2015. It seems like a lot of restaurants need to have advanced reservations - we plan on doing this for some meals, but will we still be able to find table service meals if we wait until we are at Disney?

    Hi Jamie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Dining is a central component to my family's Disney vacations. In fact, choosing our dining venues is always the first step for us.  Some of the most popular dining locations can become fully booked the first day or even the first hour reservations are available.  The reservation window opens 180 days before your visit.  I recommend creating a list of your "must-do" dining experiences and booking them as soon as possible.  With that said, it is likely that you would be able to find something available on all but the busiest days of the year.  However, the open dining locations may not be anywhere near where you are at that moment.  For that reason, I strongly encourage you to have all your dining reservations in place well before you arrive at the Resort.

Make sure and download the My Disney Experience app on your smart phone before you go.  If you do find yourself without a reservation, it can help you identify dining locations with availability.

I hope your trip is filled with magic and pixie dust!  If you have anymore questions come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    See ya real soon!
