Hi Tori! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
The
Entertainment Schedule typically extends out about six weeks, and this is where we're directed to check for
Early Entry options once the changes take place on January 20, 2023. I'm glad you're aware of the change and it's never a bad idea to make those
theme park reservations early as parks and dates can fill up. But you're right that we can't yet see which parks will feature Early Entry for January. If only we had Madame Leota's crystal ball!
So what's the best solution with those Early Entry details not yet available? I would suggest making your reservation now, so you're sure to have one. If you have
Park Hopper, you'll be selecting the park you'd like to start your day in subject to availability. Then, if need be, switch your reservation once the Early Entry information is populated in the calendar. The good news is you can
modify your park reservation without canceling, which should give you peace of mind. Even if the Early Entry park is full at the time you want to modify, you can sometimes switch last minute as people's plans change and they cancel. Keep checking! I might be visiting in January too and staying in a
Disneyland Resort Hotel with Early Entry benefits, and that will be my plan if so.
I hope this helps. Have a magical day.
Elizabeth
