    Hi. We've just booked Disney After Hours for Magic Kingdom in May. On our confirmation email it says that check in is from 7pm at the Main Entrance. We plan to be in MK during the afternoon though... Will we have to go back to the entrance to check in?

     Amanda, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this Spring. Magic will be in full bloom!

     You are going to love Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park. It's an extra magical way to experience the theme park! My friend and I recently attended a Disney After Hours event and we had the best time. The crowd level at Magic Kingdom Park was super low and we were able to hop on our favorite attractions with little to no wait! I was also a big fan of the complimentary snacks and beverages. What could be better?

     Guests with tickets for Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park may enter the park as early as 7:00 PM, a full three hours before the event begins! If you plan on spending the day at Magic Kingdom Park with regular admission, you will need to return to the park entrance between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM to collect your event wristband which will allow you to remain in the park after it has officially closed to regular day Guests. 

     I noticed lots of Disney PhotoPass Photographers throughout Magic Kingdom Park the evening I attended Disney After Hours. It was a great opportunity to get a few shots without many Guests in the background. Be sure to stop on Main Street, U.S.A. for a nighttime photo in front of Cinderella Castle. What a wonderful way to capture the fun you had at this special event!
