Vic from BC Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We've booked 4 day hopper tickets for the week of October 9 but we are concerned about the increase of covid in Florida - can we cancel the tickets or do they expire if we should not use them? We don't have a future date in mind to reschedule.

    Hi Vic,

Thank you for taking the time to visit planDisney with your question about Theme Park Tickets. I am really hoping that you will still be able to visit this October, sending extra Pixie Dust your way in hope that you will make it to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" sooner rather than later!

Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but if by chance you will have to reschedule your visit to Walt Disney World Resort you will still be able to use the value of your expired Theme Park Tickets toward new admission to the Theme Parks.  When you are ready to re-book, call the Existing Tickets Line and a Cast Member will be able to help get your Theme Park Tickets sorted out.

I really hope you will be able to visit Walt Disney World Resort this fall, Vic.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
