    we've booked our accommodation with tickets over the Christmas period and tried to make reservations but the dates are blocked out. how do you confirm tickets during this time?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question! 

    When Theme Park Tickets are purchased directly from the Disneyland Resort Website, a date is selected from the Availability Calendar. This creates a Theme Park Reservation within the ticket purchase process. But, if tickets are purchased through an authorized third-party supplier, you will still be required to make a reservation. 

    If you are unsure if a Theme Park Reservation was made during the purchase process, I encourage you to reach out to the travel agent who booked the vacation for you. They should be able to provide further guidance. 
     
    You’ll love spending the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort! There’s beautiful seasonal decor, characters in festive attire and attraction overlays. Plus, you’ll experience A Christmas Fantasy Parade and “Believe…In Holiday Magic” Fireworks! It’s the most magical time of the year!
